The 3rd Annual RISE Population Health Summit

The RISE Population Health Summit unites forward-focused innovators from across population health management to share best practices and critical strategies for health plans aiming to adjust and improve their population health efforts post COVID-19.  An expert speaking faculty compromised of clinical, data and population health specialists will share critical strategies for health plans aiming to improve their population efforts. This event provides attendees with tactical strategies to re-engage with members post COVID-19, best practices on assisting members in crisis and address the most pressing issues associated with population health post pandemic.

During our 2019 event, attendees heard directly from accreditation bodies to obtain a better understanding of new industry standards and expectations. With two themes across two tracks, attendees customized their learning experience based on their organization's current program development needs by choosing from our Population Health Track and our Addiction Treatment & Prevention Track.
